Official website for actor Toby Manley who lives and works in London. Toby is a friend of mine and I created this website for him in close
consultation with himself to achieve the look and content that he required. Toby can currently be seen in BBC2's idents.
Concept design and part implementation for a website for The Green Man pub in Trumpington, Cambridge.
This site will not be going live as the parent company will be web branding this particular chain of pubs sometime in 2008.
News module from the official RuneScape website - allows players to view news items and staff members to post, view and edit news items.
Create account module from the official RuneScape website - allows players to create new accounts, performing some routine
validation on chosen usernames, e.g. duplication and banned usernames. Also provided stats and reports for staff members.
Offence history system from the official RuneScape website - very large system that consisted of three web modules that kept track of
offences on user's accounts. Provided a method of viewing and appealing offences, including any evidence that may be available.

Designed and developed the gas and electricity meter reading application that formed part of a larger part of an IVR system that was delivered to
Powergen. This application allowed customers to call up the system and to leave their gas and electricity meter readings over the phone using speech
recognition.
I developed a number of IVR applications for Eircom during my time at Vocalis. Among these were a speech recognition application which
allowed callers to check their Lottery numbers and winnings over the phone, and a DTMF (touch-tone) based application that allowed callers to obtain their telephone
account balance and to order itemised bills.
Produced a design specification for the CFA Institute detailing a DTMF (touch-tone) based application that would provide callers with information
on the CFA Institute, its procedures and policies, and important exam information.

Developed an interface between the Vocalis speech recognition library (VRAPI) and the Envox tool for creating IVR applications. This API allowed
external Envox developers to interface with the Vocalis speech recogniser. I also carried out consultancy on customer sites to introduce developers to this interface.
Worked on Vocalis' IP solution, which was largely based on the SS#7 signalling system, ISUP, INAP, and Ericsson IN2.1. The team I was in worked
closely with Ericsson and all customer installations were carried out for Ericsson. Also developed a protocol stack to handle the BTSS protocol as part of the overall Vocalis
signalling software.
Implemented an automated testing tool for Vocalis' inhouse speech recognition library, VRAPI. The tool was used to test every subsequent release
of the library, and also to perform regression testing.
